Truist online Payment Service provides homeowners the convenience of making one-time payments online or enrolling in automatic payments via ACH through Truist Association Pay.

Automatically Monthly with ACH:

WIth Truist Association Pay, you can have recurring payments debited directly from your checking or savings account held at any U.S. financial institution. Contact Perdido Sand Realty Inc at 850-492-2000 and let us know you are interested in enrolling in ACH. You will fill out the Truist ACH Form ( located in your coupon book or in this website under ‘Financials’ ), then provide it to our office to send in to Truist for you.

Online bill pay:

Schedule your association payment through your bank's bill pay service or other online payment bill pay processor. You can send it to our office or directly to Truist with the information contained in your coupon book. Ensure your bill pay setup includes the following:

Payee Phone: 888-722-6699

Account Number: the number on your association coupon book. Don't add any other letters, numbers or identifying words in the account number area.

Tips for mailing your payment:

Do not mail cash
Include an Association Services coupon with every payment
Make checks payable to Sandy Key Owners Association
Write your bill pay number ( located on your payment coupon ) on your check.
Write U.S Funds on Canadian checks that are to be processed in U.S. funds.
Only send payments to this address. Nonpayment correspondences should be sent to Perdido Sand Realty at 5615 Bauer Rd, Pensacola, FL. 32507.

Pay at a Truist Branch:

Pay in person by taking your Association Services coupon and your payment to any Truist location near you.

Pay at Perdido Sand Realty office:

Pay in person by taking your payment to the Perdido Sand Realty office located at 5615 Bauer Rd, Pensacola, FL. 32507. Office is open Monday - Friday 9a - 5p. For after hours, there is a lockbox located to the right of the front door ( checks only - do not put cash or money orders in the drop box ). You may also mail your check to our office.
